Eligibility
Accessto the platform is restricted to individuals who arecapable of forming legallybinding contracts under German law. Those deemed "incompetent tocontract" under German law, such as minors and undischarged insolvents,are not eligible to use the platform. If you are a minor, meaning undereighteen years old, you are not permitted to register, transact, or use theplatform. Minors may only use or transact on the platform through their legalguardians or parents. We reserve the right to terminate your membership and/ordeny you access to the platform if we become aware or determine that you areunder 18 years old.

Uponyour continuous compliance with and agreement to be bound by the Terms andConditions, we hereby grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,non-assignable access to use the Platform (including future updates that may beprovided from time to time, with the understanding that such updates may comewith additional terms, which will be communicated to you when available) foraccessing free information, user-restricted information, free coaching courses,paid coaching courses, and paid individual coaching provided by GoGetGermany.
However,you may not download (except for page caching) or modify any part of it withoutthe express written consent of GoGetGermany and/or its affiliates, asapplicable. This access does not grant you the right to resell or commerciallyuse the Platform or its contents; listings, descriptions, or prices; anyderivative use of this Platform or its contents; any downloading or copying ofaccount information; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar datagathering and extraction tools.
Youunderstand, acknowledge, and unconditionally agree that:
Youunderstand that the Platform is an online platform that aggregates freeinformation, user-restricted information, coaching courses, and individualcoaching provided by GoGetGermany and listed on the Platform at any timefromany location. GoGetGermany provides these services but does not guarantee theiraccuracy or offer any warranties regarding their use or outcomes.
You understand that GoGetGermanyhas a relationship with itsaffiliates on a “Principal to Principal” basis,meaning there is no agencyrelationship between the two. Hence, neither partyshall beaccountable/responsible for any acts or omissions of the other partyunder anycircumstances.
You agree that GoGetGermany ismerely a facilitator providing you the Platform to access information,materials, and courses directly from the providers, and has no control overyour transactions with the providers.
For paid coaching courses andindividual coaching provided by GoGetGermany, the payment is received by GoGetGermanybut processed through an external payment provider. GoGetGermany is notresponsible for the payment process handled by this third-party provider anddisclaims any liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You acknowledge that GoGetGermanyis not involved in thetransaction between you and any third-party provideroffering services on thePlatform and cannot be held responsible for yourtransactions with theseproviders.
You understand that you areresponsible for all electronic communications and content sent from you to us,and you must use the Platform for lawful purposes only. You may post reviews,comments, and other content, send communications, and submit suggestions,ideas, comments, questions, or other information.
Youshall at all times comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, andyou shall not allow any other party to use the Platform for or in connectionwith any illegal purpose or activity. The seat of the Platform is Germany.
Youshall compensate and indemnify GoGetGermany for any damages suffered by thecompany, its employees, officers, and directors, and any losses or liabilitiesincurred as a result of any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings,losses, liabilities, damages, costs, fees, and expenses (including, withoutlimitation, reasonable attorney fees and costs of anyinvestigation)(collectively ‘the Claims’) from any third party in relation to any mattersarising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service,(b) yourbreach of or failure to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions,(c) yourfailure to comply with any applicable laws, rules, or regulations, and(d) anynegligence, bad faith, fraud, or willful misconduct by or on behalf of you.
Use of the Platform is at yourown risk, and you are solely responsible for the use of any data, information,or services obtained throughthe use of the Service. You shall only use thePlatform when it is safe to do so. GoGetGermany shall not accept anyresponsibility for your failure to comply with safety regulations.
In the event you fail tocomply with the Terms and Conditions, all rights granted to you in relation tothe Platform shall immediately come to an end, and you shall immediatelydiscontinue the usage oft he Platform and all related use of the Platform. GoGetGermany,its affiliates, itssubsidiaries, its licensors, and its third-party serviceproviders shall not be responsible in any way if you continue to use thePlatform.
Youshall not:
Alter,modify, adapt, or translate the whole or any part ofthe Platform, or any othercomputer software made accessible to you orotherwise used by you to access anduse the Service, or perform maintenance on the Platform, nor will youduplicate, compile, disseminate, reverse engineer,disassemble, decompile,disable any features, or otherwise derive the source code for the Platform, orany component of the Platform, in whole or in part.
Reproduce,duplicate, copy, sell, resale, visit, distribute, or otherwise exploit thePlatform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of GoGetGermanyand/or its affiliates, as may be applicable.
Frame or use framingtechniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information(including images, text, page layout, orform) of GoGetGermany and itsaffiliates without our express written consent.
Use any meta tags or any other"hidden text" utilizing GoGetGermany or its affiliates' names ortrademarks without the express written consent of GoGetGermany and/or itsaffiliates, as applicable.
Use any GoGetGermany logo orother proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without expresswritten consent of GoGetGermany and/or its affiliates, as may be applicable.
Use the Platform in any waythat causes, or is likely to cause, the Platform or access to it to beinterrupted, damaged, or impaired in any way.
Mergeor incorporate the Platform or any component there of into any other programsor create derivative works based on any component of the Platform.
Usethe Platform in whole or in part or any confidential information relating thereto to create software that is functionally equivalent to the Platform or anypart there of.
License,sublicense, sell, disseminate, broadcast, transmit, or otherwise distribute theApplication or the Service in any form or by any means, or otherwise transfer,assign, manipulate or grant any rights of use or any other rights in respect ofthe Platform or the Service, or any part there of, or information containedthere in, to any other party.
Copythe Platform or the information accessible through the Service onto any publicor publicly accessible network, or make any additional copies of or reproducein any way the whole or any part of the Platform or the Service whatsoever.
Removeor tamper with any proprietary notices or labels, including copyright noticesor data source attributions, attached to or contained within the Platform orthe Service.
Use orpermit any other person to use the Platform or the Service in any way that maylead to the encouragement, procurement, or carrying out of any unlawful orcriminal activity or which may cause any harm or injury to any person orproperty.
Use orpermit any other person to use the Platform in any unlawful manner for anyunlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent witht hese terms, or actfraudulently or maliciously, for example, by hacking into or insertingmalicious code, including viruses or harmful data, into the Application orService.
InfringeGoGetGermany`s intellectual property rights or those of any third party inrelation to your use of the Platform or Service (to the extent that such use isnot licensed by these Terms and Conditions).
Cause damage, disable,overburden, or impair any of the websites, servers, systems, or equipment usedby GoGetGermany, and you shall not access or attempt to access any user data orpenetrate any of the security measures relating to the Services; and will inall cases indemnify and hold harmless GoGetGermany, its employees, itsdirectors, its affiliates, its subsidiaries, its licensors, and its third-partyservice providers from any and all claims in respect there of.
Use the Platform for any ofthe following:
(a.)For fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offense or otherunlawful activity,
(b.)To host, display, upload, modify, send, use, or reuse any material that is
(i.)does not belong to you; or
(ii.)is illegal (or promotes illegal activity), offensive (including but not limitedto material that is sexually explicit content; or which promotes racism,bigotry, hatred or physical harm), deceptive,misleading, abusive, indecent,harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic,paedophilic or menacing; ethnically objectionable, disparaging or in breach ofcopyright, trademark, confidentiality, privacy or any other proprietaryinformation or right; or is otherwise injurious to thirdparties; or
(iii.)relates to or promotes money laundering or gambling; or
(iv.)is harmful to minors in any way; or impersonatesanother person; or
(v.)provides instructional information about illegalactivities; or
(vi.)threatens the unity, integrity, security orsovereignty of Germany or India orfriendly relations with foreign States; or
(vii.)objectionable or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever; or
(viii.)which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning,commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any "spamming”;or
(ix.)tries to gain unauthorized access or exceeds the scope of authorized access tothe Platform or to profiles, blogs, communities, account information,bulletins, friend requests, or other areas of the Platform or solicitspasswords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawfulpurposes from other users; or
(x.)engages in commercial activities and/or sales without the prior written consentsuch as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising and pyramid schemes relatedto the Platform.
(xi.)shall not create liability for GoGetGermany or cause GoGetGermany to lose (inwhole or in part) the services or internet service provider("ISPs")or other suppliers.
(xii.)GoGetGermany reserves its rights to initiate appropriate legal action in caseof any unauthorized activities as mentioned above.
Termsand Conditions for Online Booking
Conditionsfor online booking of coaching courses and services with GoGetGermany:
'Customer' refers to anyindividual, firm, proprietorship, or company interested in booking freeinformation, user-restricted information, free coaching courses, paid coachingcourses, and paid individual coaching online.
'ServiceProvider' refers to GoGetGermany, the entity with which the Customer places theonline booking request.
The online booking systemhelps prospective customers to book coaching courses and coaching servicessecurely and conveniently.
Customersmay need to confirm specific details and preferences directly with GoGetGermany.
The prices, specifications,and features of the courses and services may change without prior notice at thediscretion of GoGetGermany. Customers must pay the prevailing prices at thetime of invoicing/delivery.
Booking courses or servicesonline is optional, and customers may also choose to book directly with GoGetGermany.
The online booking amount("Booking amount") is paid directly to GoGetGermany through thedesignated payment gateway (referred to as 'Agency').
Payments made by the Customerthrough the Agency are subject to the terms and conditions provided by therespective Agency. GoGetGermany is not responsible for non-payment or incorrectpayment regarding the booking through the Agency.
The Booking amount for thecourses or services will be displayed on the payment gateway website after theCustomer selects options such as course type and location. The Booking amountcan be paid online using a debit card, credit card, paypal or internet banking.The current available payment method can vary. Customer can not claim specificpaying methods. The Customer may need to confirm their exact preferencesdirectly with GoGetGermany.
The Customer shall pay orarrange to pay GoGetGermany the balance amount for the courses or coachingservices to complete the booking successfully. The balance amount shall be paidaccording to the instructions of GoGetGermany. After receipt of the fullpayment, GoGetGermany shall inform the Customer of the estimated delivery orstart date of the course or service. GoGetGermany is not obligated to providethe course or service until the full amount is received and all requisiteformalities are completed by the Customer.
The Customer must provideaccurate information when filling out the online booking form and will berequired to submit documents, including identity proof and address proof, asspecified by GoGetGermany for completing the booking, subsequent sale,cancellation, or refund of the Booking amount.
All original documents must bepresented at the time ofcourse or service commencement. For online payment, thedetails must be filled in at the relevant section and produced at the time ofcourse or service commencement. If the Customer fails to meet theserequirements, GoGetGermanyreserves the right to deny the commencement of thecourse or service.
GoGetGermany may share anyinformation provided by the Customer if requested by a government authority orif required under applicable laws.
After the online submission ofthe form and a valid online payment transaction, the system will generate abooking reference number for the payment receipt towards the Booking amount.The Customer shall use this booking reference number to communicate with GoGetGermanyfor any future communication.
The booking will be binding onGoGetGermany only upon receipt of the full amount. Acceptance of the Bookingamount indicates an intention to provide the service on the part of GoGetGermanybut does not result in a service contract. If the booking is not accepted orcanceled by GoGetGermany for any reason, the Customer shall not be entitled toclaim any compensation from GoGetGermany except for the refund of the Bookingamount, if any, paid by the Customer.
The Customer agrees that GoGetGermanyis not deemed to have accepted the Customer's booking or be bound by it until GoGetGermanynotifies the Customer of its acceptance within 10 (ten) days.
The booking isnon-transferable, and only the Customer booking online would be eligible toavail of the course or service by paying the full amount prevailing on the dateof service commencement if the booking is accepted and confirmed by GoGetGermany.If the Customer intends to transfer the booking to a third party, the Customermust request GoGetGermany, which has the sole discretion to accept or rejectsuch a request.
The price shown on thePlatform is subject to statutory levies, handling, logistics, etc. The finalprice can be confirmed by contacting GoGetGermany directly. Any discounts maybe negotiated by the Customer separately with GoGetGermany.
By choosing to pay online forthe booking of the courses or services, the Customer agrees to abide by allapplicable laws.
Pricesare subject to change without notice. Customers must pay the prevailing pricesat the time of invoicing.
Theavailability of specific course or service preferences given by the Customermay be affected by operational constraints. If GoGetGermany cannot meet theCustomer's preference, GoGetGermany will offer the Customer alternativeavailable options. Any differential amount applicable there of mustbe borne bythe Customer.
GoGetGermany reserves theright to revise the specification, content, and/or structure of the courses orservices or to introduce new versions.
Cancellation& Refund
Cancellationsare permitted only if the coaching service (online coaching course, individualcoaching, and other coaching services) has not been utilized. To initiate acancellation, the customer must send an email to cancellation@gogetgermany.comwith the subject line " GoGetGermany (Name of the Coaching Course) OnlineBooking Cancellation."
Refunds for valid cancellationrequests will be processed within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of therequest.
Thecustomer will receive the refund via the originally selected payment method,upon completion of the cancellation procedures. GoGetGermany is not liableunder any circumstances.
If the online coaching courseor individual coaching has already started, the customer cannot request anonline cancellation. In this case, cancellation and refund are not possible asthe coaching service is deemed to have been utilized.
Claimsregarding the content posted by GoGetGermany
The platform functions on a"notice and takedown"policy for objectionable content. If you believeany content on the platform is objectionable as per the section above, pleasenotify us immediately atxxxx.com. GoGetGermany reserves the right to respond toyour complaint or take appropriate action. The decision of GoGetGermany isfinal and binding.
Copyrightand Other Proprietary Rights
Allcontent on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images,audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is owned by GoGetGermany,its affiliates, or its content suppliers andis protected by German andinternational copyright, authors' rights, and database rights laws. Thecompilation of all content on this platform is exclusively owned by GoGetGermanand its affiliates and is protected by german and international copyright anddatabase rights laws. All software used on this platform is owned by GoGetGermany,its affiliates, or its software suppliers and is protected by german andinternational copyright and authors'rights laws.
Youare not allowed to extract or reuse parts of the content of the platformwithout the express written consent of GoGetGermany and/or its affiliates (asapplicable). Specifically, you may not use any data mining tools, robots, orsimilar data gathering and extraction tools to extract or reuse substantialparts of this platform without the express written consent of GoGetGermanyand/or its affiliates (as applicable). You are also not permitted to createand/or publish your own database that includes substantial parts of thisplatform without the express written consent of GoGetGermany and/or itsaffiliates (as applicable).

Whenyou place an order through the platform, you are required to provide a validphone number. GoGetGermany may contact you via email, SMS, phone call,WhatsApp, Telegram, push notifications on the platform, or other methods ofcommunication. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive messages(including transactional, promotional, and/or commercial messages) from GoGetGermanyand/or the providers concerning your use of the platform and/or any orders youplace on the platform.
Losses
Wewill not be liable for any business losses (including loss of profits, revenue,contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditure) or anyother indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable toboth you and the company when you began using the Platform.
Eventsbeyond our Reasonable Control
