  1. Overview     of Data Processing

a) General Processing of Personal Data

We collect, process, and use your personal dataonly to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our services.The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the EUGeneral Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) and the relevant country-specificdata protection regulations applicable to us.

b) Legal Basis of Processing

Article 6(1)(a) EU-GDPR serves as the legal basisfor the processing of personal data where we have obtained the consent of thedata subject for a specific processing purpose.

Article 6(1)(b) EU-GDPR serves as the legal basisfor the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a contractto which the data subject is a party or for the implementation ofpre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject. Thisapplies, for example,to processing operations necessary for the delivery ofgoods or the provision of any other service.

Article 6(1)(c) EU-GDPR serves as the legal basisfor the processing of personal data necessary for the fulfillment of a legalobligation to which we are subject.

Article 6(1)(d) EU-GDPR serves as the legal basisfor theprocessing of personal data necessary to protect the vital interests ofthe data subject or another natural person.

Article 6(1)(f) EU-GDPR serves as the legal basisfor the processing of personal data necessary for the purposes of legitimateinterests pursued by our company or a third party, except where such interestsare overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the datasubject which require protection of personal data.

  1. Collection     of General Data When Using Our Website

When accessing our website, we automaticallycollect and store in log files, so-called log files, the name of your InternetService Provider, the website from which you visit us, the websites you visiton our internet presence, the date and duration of the visit, the type ofdevice used to access, browser type, and operating system of the visitor'swebsite. The IP address is collected and stored only in a truncated, anonymizedform.

There is no personal storage of this data. Nor isthere any merging of this data with other data sources.

We have also integrated third-party web serviceson ourwebsite, such as Google Analytics. If cookies are set in this context, weinform you about this in our privacy policy in the chapter on the respectiveservice, including measures to prevent the setting of cookies.

Processing operations related to log files and IPaddress are based on Article 6(1)(f) EU-GDPR. Our legitimate interest here isthe functionality and optimization of our website, and, in exceptional cases,the full IP address is collected to prevent threats to our IT systems.

  1. Registration     for Ad Placement

a) To publish an ad on our internet platform,registration and the collection, storage, and processing of personal data arenecessary for the contractual relationship and its execution. This includes,for example, name (first and last name), company or practice name, address, andemail.

b) The processing operations of your personaldata in the execution of the contract include, among other things, electronicorder confirmations, payment processing, inquiries regarding ad placement, andthe creation and sending of invoices.

c) The legal basis for processing is Article6(1)(b)EU-GDPR, which covers the processing of personal data provided for thefulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

d) If you choose PayPal as your payment method,your payment data will be transmitted to PayPal. PayPal's privacy policiesapply in this case. The provider of the payment service is PayPal (Europe) S.àr.l. et Cie,S.C.A. 22-24 Boulevard Royal L-2449 Luxembourg. The legal basis forthe transfer of your data to PayPal is Article 6(1)(a) EU-GDPR (consent byvoluntary use) and Article 6(1)(b) EU-GDPR (processing for contractfulfillment).If you do not wish to share your data, you can choose another available paymentmethod.

e) You have the option to voluntarily create auser account, where the entered data will be stored for future orders. The datastored in the user account can be changed or deleted by you at any time, as canthe entire user account. Deleting your user account does not necessarily meanthat the data stored in our downstream systems will also be deleted.

f) Personal data provided by you in the contextof an order will not be disclosed to third parties unless you have given yourconsent or itis necessary for fulfilling pre-contractual or contractualobligations. The legal basis for data disclosure in these cases is Article6(1)(a) or Article6(1)(b) EU-GDPR. Furthermore, the disclosure of personal datato third parties remains reserved under Article 6(1)(c) and (f) EU-GDPR if weare legally obligated or entitled to do so, for example, if the disclosure isnecessary to assert or defend legal claims.

g) The duration of the storage of your personaldata isdescribed in section 12.

  1. Use of     Cookies

a) When you visit our websites, we use so-calledcookies to make your visit to our websites more attractive and to enable theuse of certain functions, such as facilitating navigation or supportingdialogue. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer.

b) Cookies are usually deleted after the sessionends when the browser is closed (session cookies). In addition, we useso-called session-independent cookies, which expire no later than one yearafter your last visit to our website. These cookies enable us to automaticallyrecognize that you have visited our website before and which entries andsettings you prefer.

6. Contact via Email

In accordance with legal requirements, ourwebsite provides information that allows quick electronic contact with us,including our email address. The personal data transmitted to us via email isstored for the purpose of communication and processing. This data will not beshared with third parties.

The processing of personal data sent to us viaemail is based on Article 6(1)(f) EU-GDPR, and additionally on Article 6(1)(b)EU-GDPRif the contact is aimed at concluding a contract.

Once the matter related to the contact isresolved, we will delete the data unless there are retention periods or otherlegitimate interests in continued storage (see Section 12).

7. Use of the Contact Form and Data Transfer toAdvertisers or Third Parties

a) Our platform provides a contact form forcontacting theadvertiser. When you use this form or an email function tocontact orcommunicate with the advertiser, we do not collect, process, or storeany personal data in this context.

b) Please note that this privacy policy onlycovers the use and sharing of personal data that we collect, store, and processin connection with providing our online platform and related services. If youshare your data with advertisers or if you are redirected to an advertiser's orthird party's website, their privacy policy applies to all personal data youprovide to them or they collect from you.

c) We can not guarantee the confidentiality orsecurity ofyour personal data once it is shared with a third party. Therefore,we adviseyou to carefully review the privacy policies and data securityprinciples of the advertiser before making contact and sharing your data. Thisalso applies when the third party to whom you provide your personal data is anadvertiser on our website.

11. Rights of the Data Subject (Your Rights)

If your personal data is processed, you havecomprehensive rights regarding your personal data against the responsibleparty, which are described below.

a) Right to Access

You have the right to request information aboutthe personal data we process about you, including the purposes of processing;the categories of personal data processed; the recipients or categories ofrecipients to whom the personal data has been disclosed or will be disclosed;if possible, the planned duration for which the personal data will be stored,or if not possible, the criteria used to determine that duration; the existenceof a right to rectification or deletion of your personal data, or to restrictprocessing by the controller, or to object to such processing; the existenceofa right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; if the personaldatais not collected from the data subject, any available information as to itssource; the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, asreferred to in Article 22(1) and (4) EU-GDPR, and, at least in those cases,meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significanceand the envisaged consequences of such processing for you, and a right to beinformed about the safeguards for the transfer of your personal data to a thirdcountry.

c) Right to Deletion

You have the right to request the immediatedeletion of yourpersonal data if one of the reasons listed in § 17(1) EU-GDPRapplies. This does not apply if one of the exceptions in Art. 17(3) EU-GDPRapplies ,particularly if the processing is necessary for compliance with alegalobligation, for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression andinformation, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

d) Right to Restriction of Processing

You have the right to request the restriction ofprocessing of your personal data if you contest the accuracy of the personaldata, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data, ifthe processing is unlawful and you oppose the deletion of the personal data andrequest the restriction of its use instead, if we no longer need the personaldata for the purposes of the processing, but you require it fortheestablishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or if you have objectedto processing pursuant to Article 21(1) EU-GDPR pending the verificationwhether our legitimate grounds override your interests.

Where processing has been restricted on the abovegrounds, such personal data shall, with the exception of storage, only beprocessed withy our consent or for the establishment, exercise, or defense oflegal claims ,for the protection of the rights of another natural or legalperson, or forr easons of important public interest of the Union or of a memberstate.

These rights arise from Art. 18 EU-GDPR.

e) Notification Obligation RegardingRectification or Deletion of Personal Data or Restriction of Processing

You have the right to be informed by thecontroller about the recipients to whom personal data has been disclosed, anyrectification or deletion of personal data, or any restriction of processingpursuant to Article16, Article 17(1), and Article 18 EU-GDPR, unless thisproves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. You have the right to beinformed about these recipients.

These rights arise from Art. 19 EU-GDPR.

f) Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive the personal dataconcerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used,and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data toanother controller, where the processing is based on consent pursuant toArticle6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) EU-GDPR or on a contract pursuant to Article6(1)(b)EU-GDPR and the processing is carried out by automated means.

These rights arise from Art. 20 EU-GDPR.

g) Right to Object

Where the processing of your personal data isbased on legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) EU-GDPR, you have theright to object at any time to the processing of your personal data on groundsrelating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process thepersonal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for theprocessing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or theprocessing is for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

If we process personal data for direct marketingpurposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing ofpersonal data concerning you for such marketing. If you object to processingfor direct marketing purposes, the personal data will no longer be processedfor such purposes.

h) Right to Withdraw Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent atany time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness ofprocessing based on consent before its withdrawal.

12. Duration of Storage

We store the personal data collected for contractprocessing until the expiration of applicable statutory or potentialcontractual warrant yor guarantee rights, or until the conclusion of theassertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

After the relevant periods have expired, weretain theinformation required by tax or commercial law for the legallyprescribed periods. Further storage only takes place if longer storage periodsare stipulated by laws or other regulations to which we are subject.
